Hi, and welcome to Pet Catty — a place created out of a genuine love for cats and a simple belief that living with a pet becomes much easier when you have the right information.
I’ve always been fascinated by cats. Their personalities, habits, funny little behaviors, and the unique bond they build with their humans are what inspired me to create Pet Catty.
What started as a personal interest eventually became something much bigger.
From a Regular Job to a Life With Pets
For years, I worked a regular job and spent most of my days following the usual work routine.
But outside of work, I was always drawn back to pets — especially cats.
I found myself spending hours reading about cat behavior, nutrition, breeds, grooming, everyday care, and all the little things that help cats live happier and healthier lives.
The more I learned, the more I wanted to share.
Eventually, I realized that what I genuinely enjoyed wasn’t sitting behind a desk doing work I didn’t care deeply about. It was learning about pets, writing about them, and helping other pet lovers find useful answers.
So I made a big decision:
I left my regular job and started working on Pet Catty full-time.
It wasn’t an overnight decision, but it was one of the most rewarding choices I’ve made.
Today, Pet Catty is my way of turning my passion for pets into something useful for other cat lovers.
Why I Created Pet Catty
There is an incredible amount of pet information available online, but finding a simple, useful, and easy-to-understand answer isn’t always easy.
Sometimes you just want to know:

Pet Catty isn’t simply a website I run.
It’s something I genuinely enjoy working on.
Being able to spend my days researching, writing, learning about cats, and creating resources for fellow pet lovers makes this work feel very different from the regular job I had before.
Of course, blogging full-time comes with its own challenges. But being able to build something around a subject I truly care about makes those challenges worthwhile.
Every article is created with one question in mind:
“Will this actually be useful to someone who loves and cares for a cat?”
If the answer is yes, it’s worth writing.
